You know it is the toughest job in any organization. I want to help you build trust and accountability while inspiring passion and purpose.

If you are a

You want a professional speaker who’s easy to work with. I’m here to make you look good and build you an army of ambassadors.

Jessica Potts

I'm known for getting people on the same page to get things done (while having fun!) and I'm on a mission to help people everywhere live their best day ever - at work.

As an expert in workplace collaboration and community engagement, I help leaders build their dream teams through strategic planning, soft skills training, 1:1 coaching, and keynote/conference speaking.

I’m a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, LUMA Certified Practitioner, and an eSpeakers Certified Virtual Presenter who brings passion and energy to everything I do. I believe that leadership happens at all levels and my mission is to empower people to leverage their unique soft skills, strengths and superpowers and live their most optimistic, productive, fulfilled lives.
